By accessing and using the Southern Services Group website (www.southernsg.com.au) and any associated platforms, applications or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. The Southern Services Group name, the SSG submark, our logos, brand device, product and service names, and the tagline “Practical solutions. Reliable results.” are our trade marks or those of our licensors. You must not use these marks without our prior written permission. Other names and logos appearing on the Services are the trade marks of their respective owners and are used with permission.

Formal quotations, tenders, scopes of works and contracts for the delivery of electrical or related services are governed by the separate written agreement entered into between SSG and the client, not by these Terms.

• You must not submit information that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, misleading, or that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of any other person.
